If you are not completely happy with our product, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the shipping date. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the product. Email us at palmless@c16bio.com and we will walk you through the process.
If our product arrives to you damaged or defective, we will refund the purchase price in full. To receive a refund due to product damage or defect, please email us at the above address within 90 days of receipt and attach a picture showing us the issue. When we receive your email, we will walk you through the process – we may have you ship the product back to us at our cost as this helps with quality control and product development.
